As Luke Rudkowski says: "If your genitals don’t determine your gender, why does cutting them off do?"

For a less elevated and more sensational view of OHSU and its "queer surgeon" (LOL), take a look at the "Daily Mail" piece titled:

"Pink-haired Portland surgeon who performs sex-change surgery on trans CHILDREN admits they face lifetime of infertility, incontinence and sexual dissatisfaction, in now-deleted video." https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12299393/Portland-surgeon-dubbed-Dr-Frankenstein-reveals-drawbacks-genital-ops-trans-adolescents.html

You call tell the doctor is queer because he has queer pink hair and oversized queer glasses. His studied look further cements the notion that queer is really just another youth scene that has no claim whatsoever to be taken seriously. It's as if one's Spanish professor showed up dressed in full Mariachi.

OHSU's so-called "Transgender Health Program" doesn't need to display Dr. Queer Surgeon on its site to show that it's all in on trans/queer culture. Parents who have drunk the gender-identity KoolAid and minors doing an end-run around their mean non-affirming parents will know they've come to the right place when they see the trans poster child who's there to greet them. He/she/they/it is/are so risibly queer that he/she/they/it make/makes Dr. Queer look as mainstream as Ben Casey. See for yourself: https://www.ohsu.edu/transgender-health

Now, this isn't just about making fun of people's appearance. In which other field of medicine or, for that matter, in which other learned profession do practitioners feel compelled to wear their ideology on their sleeves in this manner? Oh, wait - in the mid-80s, before legal research materials went online, I relied on the old Multnomah County Law Library. So did the Bhagwan's legal team. And yes, like all other members of that cult, they dressed head to foot in shades of pink and maroon. Some things never change.

In closing, as elegant and compelling as Rufo's writing is here, his name is anathema to most liberals and all progressives. As a consequence, so is his message. In single-party Oregon, barring a SCOTUS decision that cripples the gender-identity movement or, God help us, a Trump victory in 2024, none of the many excesses of trans activism will be rolled back until and unless enough left-of-center voters undergo a sea change in their outlook on trans issues that there can be veto-proof majorities to block gender medicine, kick trans indoctrination out of our schools, protect female athletes, and so on.

I do not know who that persuasive messenger will be or when they'll have an opening to be heard. Sadly, that opportunity may arise when Dr. Queer Cutter's victims begin to come forward the way detransitioners have in other states and countries.

Those of us who live in Oregon are the ones who need to publicize what OHSU is doing to young people! If you think the people you want to inform about this will immediately discount your concern if they see Rufo's or some other conservative's account, then you can write your own version and include video clips of Peters.

That guy (?) at the ohsu website with the bow tie? Portent, pure portent. That creature is the establishment and personifies the calamity on the horizon.

The calamity is happening each time a young person is subjected to OHSU's "gender medicine" "services". Each double mastectomy, each removal of male genitals, each administration of puberty blockers and wrong sex hormones that causes irreversible harm. The coming tidal wave of lawsuits which will charge OHSU, Kaiser and other medical providers with medical malpractice, gross negligence, etc. will not be a calamity, but rather a response to the slo-mo calamity already happening.

I had an illumination yesterday while listening to Andrew Klavan's podcast. We are the insurgents, the rebels, the counter-culture. The cultural elite, those directing the course of the nation have established a new status quo.

I had thought when this trans stuff all began, "Oh, yeah? Just wait till mom's and dads get a load of this bullshit." Then I saw mom's taking kids to drag penis thrusting library events and all of the rest. I saw people who looked like the establishment at school board meetings calmly advocating for books demonstrating erotic bottom licking for minors who couldn't imagine the concept? When protesting parents tried to read these books aloud at board meetings they were told that their mikes would be cut because of the subject matter.

This societal inversion, its revelation has been slow in coming clea. I only now realize how long it has been underway and how deeply successful has been its establishment.

And trans in schools is a very small part of this disaster.

This is a horrific practice that I predict will cause untold mental anguish and suicides within the next decade. Think about how few people, particularly those in their teens or early twenties, are willing to do ANYTHING unpleasant every day for a year, let alone the rest of their lives. Most people can't (or won't) commit to a diet or exercise program every day, let alone hormone pills and dilation.

Utterly barbaric, and when it’s done on children... horrific and damnable. One day, hopefully soon, people will look back on this period and shudder at what we allowed “doctors” to do.

If human nature can be remolded at will, then it would make more sense to provide therapy that makes people accept and feel good about their natural bodies.

It is impossible to reply to this. There is a clear need for physical intervention. However, to even talk of flame and noose gaurantees police and political intervention in one's life.

The most highly credentialed and prestigious people in our nation support this gender horror either with their words or their silence. It is as if society repealed the law of gravity and to notice or mention this fundamental alteration of reality is to be a hate filled hysteric.

Of all that is WRONG in society this is at the tippy top of the heap. Some years ago I read an abortion article in the NYT. A woman disovered that she was to have triplets and so had two killed. I thought that the most horrible "lifestyle" decision I'd ever heard of. Little did I know.

I just discovered this bit of lying rot from the Gray Lady:

July 28, 2004, Wednesday The Lives column in The Times Magazine on July 18 gave a first-person account of the experience of Amy Richards, who had been pregnant with triplets and decided to abort two of the fetuses. Ms. Richards, who told her story to a freelance Times Magazine contributor, Amy Barrett, discussed her anxiety about having triplets, the procedure to terminate two of the pregnancies and the healthy baby she eventually delivered; she expressed no regret about her decision.

The column identified Ms. Richards as a freelancer at the time of her pregnancy but should have also disclosed that she is an abortion rights advocate who has worked with Planned Parenthood, as well as a co-founder of a feminist organization, the Third Wave Foundation, which has financed abortions. That background, which would have shed light on her mind-set, was incorporated in an early draft, but it was omitted when an editor condensed the article.

Here is a link for anyone wishing to read the Times’ essay that Larry refers to:

The Times’ essay is brutally honest in the same way Rufo’s is. If you’re going to support abortion (and I do) at least know exactly what you’re talking about. Rufo exposes how the media's coverage -- almost endorsement -- of transgender surgery conceals the barbarity of what is happening. And it’s happening to adolescents.

I have travelled the road from supporting and procuring abortions to ambivalence about them. I would not want to live in a society which did not have members who either questioned or condemned the practice. I have never been ambivalent about child mutilation.

God, as a middle-aged man I thought clitoridectomy a horror. What a child I was.

The murder of these siblings was my turning point with regard to abortion. The concealment of the mother's activism was in essence, a lie. The surviving child . . . it will be of interest should he become a playwright. I find it odd that she chose to let the boy survive.

Rufo is such a courageous writer. I admire him so much. Great article, I read this last week. I'm so glad he's sharing the truth because we all know what absolute wishy washy cowards Portland media is...

Rufo is going to find himself on the wrong side of the Justice Department, FBI, and Antifa.

"Antifa" is not a force to be reckoned with anymore. Their powers have weakened considerably. I'm sure Rufo will be safe and will take care of himself...
