While PBOT was busy creating street slalom courses, dumped barrels in the middle of intersections, confused the natives with weird signage, pandered to the bike lobby, turned freeway shoulders into housing for the homeless, installed “social distancing” corners, and finally got their mitts on 82d Ave., strange birds arrived…
It’s a sure sign that spring has arrived on Portland’s streets.
Where will they migrate next…?
I hope more of them land all over Portland and make nests in the many comfy potholes. 🤣
Too funny. Not funny was the damage to my new tire and wheel from hitting a pothole on Lombard. I love the flamingos🦩🦩
