The pot-hole-puddles on your street are proof of the existential crisis Portlanders are facing with climate change, especially for our most vulnerable citizens.
When I first moved in here--the street was in much better shape--I noticed trhe front bumper of a car lying in the weeds next door...it wasn't until winter set in that I figured out why it was there.
