The Thirteen feature an awful lot of process and gloss, but not a lot of substance. A lot of spenders, but very few earners. Put less charitably, the nonprofit parasites grossly outnumber the productive hosts.

All these blurbs on the committee members sound like dressed up hoo-ha as well. I suspect the DUI specialist is the most deserving and astute of this group of thirteen.
